We want you to love your gear as much as your practice; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and accessories cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached to the product.
Drop Off and Ship
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
